Class Details

Get out of your safety net of light weights and challenge yourself to be stronger! A Cardio/Strength class offering 30 minutes of cardio on RealRyder, and 30 minutes of strength training, slow and controlled. Muscle failure is a good thing when coached by Maddog Trainers. All levels of athlete need this burn! L1-5
