Fierce 5/1 Tabata Shred – a HIIT (high intensity interval training) experience that combines classic intervals of 20 seconds on - 10 seconds off, with the Maddog style of back to basics-tried and true moves, this workout takes you to a different level of awesome.  Athletes with a strong aerobic base will enjoy this workout. L3-5
