Sole To Soul –This perfectly paired combination class begins with a 30 minute cardio session on RealRyder and finishes with a 60 minute hot yoga practice that focuses on opening tight muscles and joints overworked and fatigued from an active life. Bike shoes with SPD clips recommended for the ryde, yoga mat and towel for the yoga practice. L1-6
