Maddog 5/1 has been a leader in group fitness for over  14 years; having built a strong community and foundation of excellence in fitness, we are ready for our next chapter. It seems like a natural progression that we partner with a fellow leader in the fitness community in SW Michigan. SSHR has built a legacy of success, our core values are aligned in the workplace, our families and community. Team Maddog and our family of athletes is proud to call SSHRC home as of March 31.
