Kelsey Kelm

Kelsey is a lifelong resident of Southwest Michigan. As a young athlete involved in organized youth and high school sports fitness always came naturally to her, it was easy, as it was just part of her life.

Throughout adulthood she struggled to find a consistent fitness routine that worked for her. Kelsey started as a client at Maddog 5/1 in 2018 in support of her big sister Kari who was just starting her journey as a trainer. As a client, Kelsey found not only a set of workouts that provided her with energy, strength and confidence, but she also found a group of strong, supportive athletes she didn’t even know she needed! Kelsey knew she just had to “get herself through the door” and let the team at Maddog to the rest! It is now her turn to give back to our clients and provide them with the workouts they need for both their physical and mental well-being!

Kelsey is the Sr. Director of Operations at Flamingo Appliance Service headquartered in Miami, FL. She works to ensure that their consumers get excellence in Appliance Service for their Whirlpool branded products. In her free time, she is a concert junkie who loves to decompress on the shores of Lake Michigan or at home snuggling her dog, Dash!

Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University, and is CPR, & AFAA Group Certified
