You’ve worked hard in your career, spent days and weeks and years busy with family and business priorities~ all of which have left you tired. You crave a better way to do life. You want more energy, you want to feel good in your skin. Life is stressful and the evening news only adds to that stress. Coffee is a good thing, but too late in the day is a bad thing. We love cocktail hour with friends, even if they’re on the Portal,FaceTime or iPhone speaker. This is for sure…Coffee should be hot and cocktail hour should be fun, we crave these things!

FierceAfterFifty Classes~ the 5/1 difference

These are similar components in all Maddog 5/1 classes but I have designed these 45 minute FAF classes with you in mind. What your body needs for a well rounded and fun class is the priority. Functional, challenging, doable and balanced workouts in a social setting. You’ll feel safe to be yourself, go at your own pace and confidently push boundaries you’ve set in your mind. We’re not dead yet friends so let’s have some sweaty fun as we get healthier and happier together at Maddog 5/1.
