Do we wear masks during the workouts? 

Thanks for asking~ during these crazy times we ask that if you feel sick or someone at home is ill with any contagious virus please stay home until the coast is clear. We want our community of Maddog friends to be well and feel safe in the studio.

What do people typically wear?

Good question~

Everyone has their favorite workout gear; wear what makes you feel comfortable, helps keep everything in place (supportive sports bra, and our fav~compression leggings) and wicks sweat! Some of our classes are heated and barefoot (check the description for those details) Real Ryder bikes have both shoe cages and SPD Clips so bike shoes may be an option.

Do you have showers, hand out sweat towels or sell water?

Darn dog, you’re hitting all the right questions!

We have sweat towels available and H2O is chillin (and non chill) ready for you from filtered water stations through out the studio. Showers are still not back in service(post Covid), but if you’re in a pinch just say the word and we’ll accommodate your crazy busy schedule and open a shower for you.

Don’t sweat it~

We have the common items you may forget stashed at the counter and if our music is too loud for you we also provide ear plugs.
