 We get it, when it comes to fitness you want a variety of classes to keep it fun!  At Maddog 5/1 we believe every day you should do something a little different in your workouts... so we’ve designed our schedule to reflect our philosophy of fun and fitness!  Variety keeps you interested and your body changing, fun keeps you coming back for more!

FAF Series At Maddog 5/1!

Newly launched FAFSeries is the perfect program for active adults looking for a smart fitness routine, created and designed by Maddog herself who is 65 and crushing it everyday!

FAF series is just what you've been looking for in your fitness routine; a well-rounded program designed for the active adult over 50 interested in working smarter. 

All classes will include cardio, core, strength and balance work. Stronger every day and way more fun in a small group focused on sweaty fun! Get social, get fit and be happier!

Chill Out Series (new!)

Recovery60

30 minutes recovery ride + 30 min stretching

Just what you need for a Sunday workout; 30 minute Ryde in Recovery Zones then moving into an infrared heated (warm, not hot) studio across the hall for a recovery stretching sesh. Bolsters, blocks  straps and blankets for comfort will be utilized. Feeling tired, stressed and maybe sore from the week’s worth of tough workouts~ try a sweet recovery and be ready for a new week!

BuTzGuTz&FLeX

Focused and restorative moves designed to improve strength and mobility throughout the core group. Add in the practice of flexibility to release tight muscles and stiff joints using myofascial release techniques.

Stretch It Out!

45 minutes of non-competitive stretching with gentle heat…

Muscle soreness often means muscle tightness. Muscle tightness puts added stress on joints and ligaments. Pain in your body is a signal that's something is out of balance. We'll use bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets for this 30-minute flexibility sesh. Don't be afraid to give yourself a little love and Stretch It Out!

Fierce 5/1

This is the Maddog 5/1 Cornerstone Workout~ so powerful  it built the business! Functional, multi-muscle strength training sets combined with bursts of cardio and core create the perfect balance to improve your overall fitness!  Energetic and fun, this workout keeps your heart rate up and torches tons of calories!

FierceRX

Famously fabulous Fierce 5/1 designed with TRX as the primary equipment of choice! Check out the difference TRX (originally designed by a badass Navy Seal) can make in your routine~ change the tools, change the affect!

TabataFierce 5/1

A fusion of Maddog 5/1 classic Fierce Bootcamp moves with
timed Tabata drills woven together for a shred factor that becomes addicting! Join this action packed workout! We combine counted sets of multi muscle strength moves with Tabata timed cardio so everyone participates at their pace! 

FitClub 5/1

This workout is a great choice for switching things up! Dog House drills will include intervals of kettlebell and TRX strength mashed up with rowers, battle ropes, tires and more for a quick cardio blast! Come on~ you know you wanna flip a tire!

Row+Lift

A brand new design, Row+Lift includes timed rowing intervals for cardiovascular strength and lifting sets for building muscle strength.  Multi-muscle and core focused we add agility drills for balance and coordination. Work smarter, have fun and get stronger ~ feel amazing all day long!

Max Circuit& Max45

Lower the boom on complacency with a strength and cardio sesh geared to amp up your metabolic rate and torch cals! timed circuits combined with counted sets for that maximum effort!

45 minutes of Virtual sweaty fun! Get ready with challenging dumb bells and a kettle bell. H2O and a sweat towel helpful.

Max Circuit is a 60 minute circuit experience.

CrazyEightsCircuit

Rowers and re-bounders make up the cardio/core circuits and multi muscle challenging bells provide the strength aspect. This fun, energetic and effective workout keeps your heart pumping, muscles working and your head in the game! Eight minutes lifting, Eight minutes for the circuits+ Crazy Eights!

5/1 Ladders

Bring Sally up bring Sally down… Well, you know the song. We use ascending and descending sets and reps to accomplish a special kind of burn. 14 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps + cardio. Clean, simple and precise. You know what to expect and we motivate you to do just one more!

TRX Circuit

TRX is the anchor for this fierce class ~  an awesome mashup of functional and multi-muscle moves; geared for each athlete to gain lean muscle and  more power! Tools utilized include rowers, battle ropes and kettlebell and tires, Whoop!

30X2, 30X2 PLUS

Experience the awesome combination of cardio and strength; pure Maddog style~30 minutes of  RealRyder and 30 minutes of slow challenging weight training! PLUS is 30 minutes on RR, 45 lifting

Barre

FireBarre 5/1

We love a good burn, great tunes and our girlfriends! Classic barre moves, high reps and fierce focus on details are building blocks for this awesome class in our heated studio~the Fire Studio. Heated to 75-80 degrees we amp up the sweat factor and torch the cals in this barefoot experience.

Box&Barre BootieCamp

We fused our favorite barre design, killer kickboxing moves and renowned core combos, to create the perfect juxtaposition of grace and grit. Timed intervals focused on heart pumping cardio(kickboxing), controlled isolation and dumbbell(barre) work for that deep burn we LOVE!

BFF~ BarreFierceFusion

Come on Babygirls we get it; sometimes you're delicate and sometimes you're fierce, BarreFierceFusion unveils these personas to bring out the true badass hidden inside. Let it out girl~ it's FUN!

Combos of our Cornerstone Workout~Fierce 5/1 and our signature hottie~ FireBarre 5/1 make it a fab choice if you're ready for change and results.

BarreRX

What a perfect mash-up of balance, strength, sculpting and toning...TRX and Barre! Improve balance and build core strength during this low impact experience. Timed sets will allow a personalized pace for all levels.

KBox+Buff

Fast paced and super fun, this claa includes timed rounds of kickboxing and circuits of high repetition buff+ sculpt moves to Buff It Up! Multi-muscle and core focused, this class is a blast! This non heated class is for all levels! Wear your athletic shoes and bring H2O.




Studio Cycling

RealRyder

Designed by engineers to replicate a true outdoor Ryde, this next generation spin bike articulates right and left, burning 20% more calories than a traditional indoor bike. Exclusive to Maddog 5/1, RealRyder cannot be found anywhere else in this market. Stuck in a rut? Still on a stationary bike? Get Real and take a Ryde that will challenge your body and focus your mind!

SPD clips on studio bike shoes recommended but not necessary for all RR classes.

HeartRateRyde + Core

Stuck in a rut? Get Real and take a Ryde that will change your workout completely. We recommend using a heart rate monitor to experience a new twist to your workout. 15 minutes of core work will complete this fantastic workout!

ZoneIntervals

Get to know your heart rate zones and explore each of them as we move through timed intervals of effort.  We use 5 zones of intensity. This is a great way to improve your cardiovascular health! RealRyder  Bikes are the tool and our method is motivational cueing and great music! 

We highly recommend a heart rate monitor.  Our bikes have SPD clips, cages are also available for athletic shoes. 

Revolutions

Renovation of an all time Maddog fav~ New, Improved~ mre of everything and core focused! What an awesome combo of  Real Ryder Bike cardio + Fierce 5/1 for multi-muscle strength! This  mash-up will  keep your body and mind engaged and fired up!You will need H2O, and a sweat towel.

Bike shoes with SPD clips are optional- bike gloves are helpful too!

Bike RR Barre

LOVE RealRyder? Love Barre? This combination of two favorite classes at Maddog 5/1 combine to ignite sluggish metabolism and create a lean strong body. Low impact and high volume fun! RealRyder is the cardio, barre movements using the bike as our “BARRE” create a ripped and ready for sleeveless kinda feeling!

Studio cycle shoes are definitely helpful, towel and H2O necessary.

 What’s the name all about? Maddog is just a nickname our fearless leader was given some years ago and it stuck, ;) The 5/1 means…cardio, core, upper body, lower body and balance, in every class~ the 5/1 difference, the Maddog difference!
